Responsibilities
- Execute SEO Strategies: Assist the SEO team in conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits to improve search engine rankings.
- Content Creation: Write engaging blog posts, social media captions, and email newsletters that resonate with target audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and provide weekly reports on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter through content scheduling and community management.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in Campaign Management: Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising and email marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Skills: Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content marketing best practices.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress), social media tools, and basic analytics software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
- Location: Must reside in or near Charlotte, NC.
