What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value SEO opportunities.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of high-quality, engaging content for blogs and landing pages.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to provide actionable insights.
- Support social media management efforts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual assets align with SEO best practices.
- Assist in executing local SEO strategies to improve visibility in the New York area.
- Update and maintain the company CMS (WordPress) with the latest industry trends.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keywords, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Enthusiastic about staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
