Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities for our clients.
- Assist in on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, alt text, and heading structures.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console to track rankings and traffic trends.
- Support the content team in developing SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages.
- Optimize local listings (Google Business Profile) for local SEO campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual elements are optimized for search engines.
- Perform regular site audits to identify technical SEO issues and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and white-hat techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to a part-time schedule (15-20 hours per week) for at least 6 months.
