Responsibilities
- SEO Support: Assist in keyword research and on-page optimization tasks to improve website rankings.
- Social Media Management: Help schedule and monitor posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Content Creation: Draft blog posts, captions, and basic graphics for social media campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Track campaign performance using basic analytics tools and prepare weekly reports.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the digital asset library and assist with email marketing campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, a strong interest in digital marketing is essential.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to work 20-30 hours per week, including some flexibility for evening or weekend events.
