- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements to inform strategic pivots.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline internal processes and workflows to maximize productivity and reduce overhead costs in a scalable manner.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and external partners, to secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and dashboards to track the success of strategic initiatives and report on progress to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic operations, business development, or executive management within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think critically about the future, anticipate market shifts, and develop long-term plans.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and driving results through influence rather than direct authority.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
