Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end development of the company’s 2026 strategic roadmap, identifying key milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to predict industry disruptions and competitive advantages.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex strategic plans to the board of directors and executive leadership team, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Resource Optimization: Oversee the allocation of R&D and capital resources to ensure maximum impact on 2026 goals.
- Innovation Cultivation: Foster a culture of forward-thinking and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Partnership Management: Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships that will accelerate our 2026 objectives.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in senior strategic planning, with at least 5 years in a C-level or VP-level capacity.
- Trend Forecasting: Demonstrated ability to forecast market trends and translate them into business strategy.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current and future technologies, with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, capable of persuading diverse audiences.
