- Executive Leadership: Present complex strategic plans to the C-Suite and Board of Directors to secure buy-in for new initiatives.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead R&D partnerships and pilot programs focused on futuristic product concepts.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends to ensure Apex Horizon Systems remains 3 steps ahead of the competition.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget and talent acquisition towards high-potential future technologies.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a tech or engineering environment.
- Futurism Expertise: Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze future tech trends (e.g., AGI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and emerging hardware trends.
- Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Strategic Planning, Computer Science, or a related field.
