- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for AI development, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals and the 2026 technological milestones.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling high-volume data processing and complex neural network training.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing integration, next-gen LLMs) and driving their adoption within the organization.
- Team Development: Mentor and grow a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery and system stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role within AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, manage cross-functional projects, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems with innovative, data-driven solutions.
