Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and communicate a long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure that aligns with business goals and technological advancements.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Lead Engineering Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps professionals to foster a culture of innovation.
- Model Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize model latency, cost-efficiency, and accuracy for production deployment.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict security protocols and ethical AI guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and research teams to translate cutting-edge research into production-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within AI or Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps, and vector databases.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the long-term implications of technology on business.
