Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmaps: Define and oversee the strategic roadmap for AI integration, focusing on the technological milestones and capabilities expected in 2026.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design scalable cloud and on-premise architectures capable of handling next-generation AI workloads, predictive models, and real-time data processing.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and compliance standards for autonomous systems and algorithmic decision-making.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor emerging global technology trends (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing integration) and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure technology aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or AI/ML leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading complex digital transformations and anticipating industry shifts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
