Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on advanced AI and neural network scalability.
- Lead a high-performance team of AI researchers and engineers in designing next-gen cognitive models.
- Oversee the architecture of our proprietary cloud infrastructure, ensuring zero-latency data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate predictive analytics into core business operations.
- Identify emerging trends in quantum computing and machine learning to future-proof our technology stack.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for autonomous AI systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within AI, Robotics, or Future Tech sectors.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI products in high-stakes environments.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum algorithm development or large-scale language model training is a plus.
