Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 product and technology roadmap.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR).
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic projects.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams of strategists and engineers.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of leading major digital transformations or long-term R&D projects.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and future tech trends.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
