Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 3-year technology and AI strategy roadmap tailored for the 2026 market landscape.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and automation to optimize business operations and enhance customer experiences.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Advanced LLMs) and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical initiatives with broader business objectives and revenue goals.
- Oversee the evaluation and selection of emerging technology vendors and partners.
- Drive a culture of innovation, fostering an environment where experimental technologies are safely tested and deployed.
- Monitor competitive landscapes to ensure Apex Horizon maintains a significant technological advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years focused on AI and Future Tech integration.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps in a complex enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI architectures.
- Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in a high-growth tech environment.
