Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for AI integration and next-gen technology deployment targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the development of proprietary algorithms and predictive models that drive business intelligence.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements for futuristic hardware and software solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and data security in emerging tech environments.
- Present technical roadmaps and innovation reports to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or systems architecture.
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale technical teams and cross-functional projects.
- Expert knowledge in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Network architectures.
- Strong background in strategic planning, with a demonstrated ability to forecast and execute on long-term trends.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and edge computing is highly preferred.
