Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Oversee the integration of advanced AI models into our core product suite to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Trend Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech stacks, ethical AI frameworks, and next-gen hardware to stay ahead of the competition.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including the C-suite and board members.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Budget Management: Manage a substantial technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for R&D and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value and roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
- Innovation: A track record of implementing cutting-edge technologies that have resulted in measurable business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to global audiences.
