Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, IoT) that will drive competitive advantage.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research and development teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before market deployment.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of global tech trends to predict disruptions and position Apex Horizon as an industry pioneer.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a creative and agile work environment that encourages experimentation, risk-taking, and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and board members to secure funding and resources for high-impact initiatives.
- Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with leading tech startups and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in executive leadership roles within the technology sector, with a focus on innovation or R&D.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and/or Cloud Computing technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from technical engineers to non-technical executives.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on future-proofing business models.
