Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of strategists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitive landscapes and technological disruptions to position Apex Horizon Group as a market leader.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- R&D Oversight: Partner with R&D departments to evaluate and prototype cutting-edge technologies relevant to our core business pillars.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a similar senior leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and advanced data analytics.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and senior executives.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate uncertainty.
