- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to drive competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align technology initiatives with business KPIs.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and clear understanding.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the R&D initiatives and 'Future Labs' designed to prototype concepts for the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or digital transformation consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
