Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the comprehensive technological vision for the company’s Year 2026 goals, aligning innovation with business objectives.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and advanced automation into core operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Quantum Readiness: Evaluate and pilot quantum computing infrastructure to ensure long-term system scalability and competitive advantage.
- Web3 & Blockchain: Lead the strategic adoption of decentralized technologies and blockchain protocols for secure and transparent data management.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior leadership role within Information Technology, Strategy, or Product Development.
- Tech Vision: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and ROI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
