Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to create a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on 2026 milestones.
- Identify Emerging Trends: Monitor global tech trends, identifying high-potential opportunities in AI, quantum, and next-gen computing.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and mentor high-performing teams of strategists, engineers, and data scientists.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for futuristic initiatives.
- Pilot Programs: Oversee the launch and evaluation of experimental technologies to de-risk future investments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 horizon, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Blockchain.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
