Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead a 20-person R&D team of world-class researchers and engineers
- Secure $15M+ annual R&D budget through strategic partnerships and grant proposals
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies by Fortune 500 clients through thought leadership
- Oversee patent portfolio development with 15+ new filings annually
- Represent FuturTech at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
- Mentor C-suite executives on future technology trends and implications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years experience
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Executive experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Published research in Nature/Science with 5000+ citations
- Secured $50M+ in government grants or venture funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized AI/quantum solutions
