Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap in strict alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping cutting-edge solutions including AI, AR/VR, and quantum computing.
- Identify emerging market trends and integrate them proactively into our product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact R&D initiatives.
- Establish a culture of innovation and technical excellence across all engineering departments.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or senior engineering.
- Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and roadmap execution.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging web technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
