Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, identifying key innovations and emerging technologies that will drive business growth.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research and development initiatives, bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and practical application in AI, Quantum, and advanced web technologies.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to identify disruptive trends, competitor strategies, and potential market opportunities for future expansion.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and board members, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and financial objectives.
- Partnerships: Forge strategic alliances with academic institutions, tech startups, and industry leaders to foster innovation and talent acquisition.
- Project Governance: Oversee the portfolio of future-tech projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or R&D, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or director-level role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or Blockchain technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching new technologies and translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
