Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute a long-term strategic vision that aligns with business objectives and prepares the organization for the technological demands of 2026.
- Future-Proofing Analysis: Conduct rigorous horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive threats that could impact our trajectory.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Oversee the internal Innovation Lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and prototyping to validate future concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical trends into clear, compelling narratives for investors, board members, and cross-functional teams to ensure unified strategic direction.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with key technology partners, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience (10+ years) in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership, with a specific focus on future trends and innovation.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Edge Computing, and Web3.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners effectively.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and pivot strategies in response to rapid market evolution.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
