Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to establish a comprehensive technology roadmap, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the upcoming fiscal years.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Direct a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to innovate on core algorithms and infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 year horizon) with a focus on 2026 and beyond.
