Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision to the board and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in emerging technologies like Generative AI and Quantum.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential market opportunities for the next 5 years.
- Oversee the creation of "Future-Proof" product roadmaps and innovation labs.
- Collaborate with external partners, startups, and academic institutions to source cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Management, or R&D within a major tech organization.
- Proven experience leading innovation initiatives and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum computing trends.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
