Responsibilities
- Support software development projects using Java/Python
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns and analytics
- Contribute to project planning and documentation
- Participate in agile sprint cycles and stand-ups
- Analyze data using Excel and SQL tools
- Collaborate on community tech initiatives
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in bachelor's program (any major)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week during internship
- Interest in learning new technologies
- Local El Paso residency preferred
- Portfolio/GitHub for technical roles
