Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and automation implementation
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance in emerging tech sectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in launching at least two emerging tech products
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research or thought leadership in technology ethics or disruptive innovation
- Experience with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
