Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Content Creation: Draft blog posts, newsletters, and marketing copy under the guidance of senior team members.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience demographics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Help track campaign performance and prepare basic reports using Google Analytics.
- Assist with Events: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing events and webinars.
- SEO Support: Learn to optimize web pages and assets for search engine visibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week, including some weekends or evenings if needed.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
- Transportation: Ability to commute to our Philadelphia office.
