Responsibilities
- Assist in Financial Modeling: Support the finance team in building and maintaining financial models for investment proposals and budget forecasting.
- Data Analysis & Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed monthly reports and assist with the documentation of financial processes and procedures.
- General Ledger Support: Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Client Communication: Help draft correspondence and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and suggest improvements to existing workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
