What You'll Do
As our Finance Intern, you will support the daily operations of our finance department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry and the maintenance of financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare basic financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documentation.
- Assist the accounting team with month-end close processes and budget preparation.
- Generate spreadsheets and visual presentations to summarize financial data.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
