Responsibilities
- Support product development lifecycle through testing, documentation, and research tasks
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic initiatives
- Assist in creating user-centered designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Contribute to agile sprints through daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Develop data-driven insights using SQL and Excel for performance reporting
- Participate in cross-functional workshops with engineering, marketing, and sales teams
- Present project findings to stakeholders through concise visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3.0+ GPA with completion of sophomore year by start date
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 15-20 hours/week during academic semesters
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
