Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with social media management and content creation.
- Conduct market research and compile data into organized reports.
- Support administrative operations, including filing and data entry.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism.
- Help organize and coordinate company events and workshops.
- Monitor project timelines and update the project manager on progress.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during the semester.
- Reliable transportation to the Memphis office.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
