Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist the office with daily tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to support the marketing team's strategies.
- Project Coordination: Help organize project schedules, track deadlines, and coordinate logistics for internal meetings.
- Client Communication: Draft and send correspondence to clients and partners to ensure clear and professional communication.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency.
- Event Assistance: Support the planning and execution of company events and networking sessions.
- Learning & Development: Complete assigned training modules and shadow senior staff to understand business operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Availability: Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week during the semester (days and hours are flexible).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We welcome students from all majors.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Location: Must reside in or near Baltimore, MD.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.
