- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products to make informed recommendations to customers.
- Store Operations: Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Customer Inquiries: Handle customer questions regarding pricing, promotions, and product availability professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Learning & Development: Attend weekly training sessions to enhance sales techniques and understand company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Junior or Senior students preferred).
- Experience: No prior work experience required; we provide full training.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn new tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the El Paso location.
