Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and project documentation
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Support data analysis and reporting initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and social media content
- Learn and implement basic coding or design principles
- Shadow senior team members during client interactions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Must be available for 15-25 hours per week
