Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Assist the team in gathering and analyzing market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Project Support: Contribute to ongoing projects by handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordinating team activities.
- Client Outreach: Participate in initial client communication and support the sales development team with lead generation.
- Report Generation: Create and maintain detailed reports and presentations to track project progress and performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
- Event Coordination: Support the organization of internal and external events to strengthen company culture and client relationships.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2023 and commit to a minimum of 12-20 hours per week.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a professional setting.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and ability to commute to our Wichita office.
