Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Support network monitoring and security protocol implementation
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Participate in disaster recovery simulations and testing
- Analyze system performance metrics and generate reports
- Contribute to cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
