Responsibilities
- Support daily IT operations including hardware/software troubleshooting and user assistance
- Assist in network infrastructure monitoring and system documentation
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness campaigns and vulnerability testing
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure platforms
- Contribute to data analytics initiatives using SQL and visualization tools
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior engineers during system upgrades and maintenance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during Summer/Fall semester
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
