Responsibilities
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Support desktop hardware/software deployment and maintenance
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Conduct routine system audits and performance reports
- Support cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or coursework
