Responsibilities
- Assist with desktop hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and documentation
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and basic protocol implementation
- Collaborate on cloud service management tasks (Azure/AWS fundamentals)
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior IT staff during system upgrades and deployments
- Contribute to internal tech innovation projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recent graduate of Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (occasional client site visits required)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
