Responsibilities
- Assist the IT support team in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain server systems and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Document technical processes and update our internal knowledge base.
- Participate in agile development meetings and learn version control systems like Git.
- Install, configure, and update applications for internal users.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to improve our technical stack.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Availability for a 12-week summer internship program.
