Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Learn and implement SEO best practices to optimize web content and improve search rankings.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules for entry-level candidates.
- Update and maintain candidate databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Create engaging content for social media and internal newsletters.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and recruitment methodologies.
- Reliable transportation to the Atlanta office.
