Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Support team with daily system maintenance and hardware troubleshooting.
- Perform data analysis and report generation to support business intelligence projects.
- Conduct research on emerging software technologies and industry trends.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor network performance and assist in identifying potential security vulnerabilities.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
