Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in executing daily social media campaigns and content scheduling across various platforms.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Support the creation of engaging marketing collateral, including blog posts, newsletters, and basic graphics.
- Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems with high accuracy.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly status reports for the marketing manager.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide general administrative support to the operations team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a High School Diploma, GED, or Associate’s Degree.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude toward training and development.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week on-site in Phoenix.
- No prior professional experience is required; we provide the training.
