Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers in writing clean, efficient, and scalable code under supervision.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning to align with project goals.
- Learn and utilize version control systems such as Git and GitHub for code management.
- Conduct basic testing and debugging to ensure software stability and functionality.
- Document code changes and technical requirements clearly for the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to understand user needs.
- Attend weekly training sessions to upskill in modern programming languages and tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma program or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Eagerness to learn new programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python preferred but not required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
