Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams in software development and product testing
- Assist in data analysis and reporting using industry-standard tools
- Participate in agile sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings
- Document processes and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate on UI/UX design feedback and user testing
- Contribute to innovative solutions for client challenges
- Present project findings to department stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3.0+ GPA (or equivalent academic standing)
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Available for 15-20 hours/week during summer/fall semester
