Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications under senior mentor guidance
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Document technical processes and create user-friendly documentation
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation challenges
- Present project progress and learnings to cross-functional teams
- Complete assigned training modules and skill-building workshops
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (any language acceptable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to commit to 20-40 hours/week for 12 weeks
- Must be authorized to work in the US
