Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team with daily technical troubleshooting and basic software support.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports for internal analysis.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Shadow senior staff to observe professional workflows and project management techniques.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program (College Credit required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (for high school internship programs).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid driverās license is preferred but not mandatory.
