Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers in coding, debugging, and testing applications
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for client projects
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
- Document technical processes and maintain project wikis
- Collaborate on cross-functional teams for product launches
- Learn and implement industry-standard tools (Git, Jira, AWS)
- Complete training modules on cybersecurity best practices
- Present project findings to stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with associate/bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python/Java preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
